Overview

As Disc Medicine evolves from a development-stage organization to a commercial entity, the Company has a new open role for a Head of Launch Planning and Operations, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the company's growth trajectory and achieving strategic objectives.

In Short

• Establish and maintain the launch readiness plan for accurate launch planning and execution.
• Manage the cross-functional launch planning process, tracking key risk areas.
• Support the Commercialization Team with strategic agenda setting and meeting preparation.
• Lead Integrator for commercialization execution ensuring strong collaboration.
• Benchmark recent launches and drive launch innovation and efficiency.
• Prepare for and support building the sales organization.
• Plan for and support future product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or another Advanced Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of life sciences industry experience.
• Extensive commercial launch experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.
• Proven ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead launch teams.
