Requirements

• BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
• Leadership experience in analytical development.
• Knowledge in bioprocess development and manufacturing.
• Experience in IND and BLA filings preferred.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience in CMC teams preferred.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• 20-30% travel required.
