Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

In Short

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners
  • Drive referrals via client relationships and professional network
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
  • Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
  • Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in performance/digital marketing agency
  • Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients
  • Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Quality-obsessed with a passion for advertising
