Overview

The Search Engine Optimization Manager at Directive will be responsible for crafting strategies that enhance search visibility and develop compelling content, ensuring value delivery to audiences.

In Short

  • Develop and implement custom marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Utilize historical performance and ongoing campaigns to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with Associate Directors to address roadblocks.
  • Craft creative briefs and ideate compelling content campaigns.
  • Analyze data to establish measurable client goals.
  • Oversee execution of strategies and manage workflows using Asana.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust-based relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present regular updates on client strategy progress.
  • Develop and implement link-building campaigns to enhance search visibility.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of content strategy and technical SEO.
  • Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to analyze data from various sources for goal setting.
  • Experience in developing link-building campaigns.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
  • Knowledge of content production frameworks.
  • Experience in performance marketing for SaaS and Tech companies is a plus.
