Overview

DiligenceVault is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Associate to enhance user experience and support clients effectively.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day communications with clients globally.
  • Proactively anticipate client issues based on patterns and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to minimize support requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Develop and maintain the company’s knowledge base and lead training sessions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients as part of the Global Client Success team.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Client Services at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong client-interaction and communication skills.
  • Experience with asset managers/institutional investors is a plus.
  • Willingness to solve problems efficiently.
  • Process-oriented with issue tracking skills.
  • Independent self-starter with innovative ideas.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
