L2 Engineer - Remote

Overview

The L2 Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing complex systems in Corporate and Operational Technology environments, ensuring integration and providing technical support while enhancing infrastructure performance.

In Short

• Handle internal and external project-based work
• Work on cybersecurity, process improvements, automation, and operational projects
• Serve as an escalation point for the service desk team

Requirements

• Expert Level in IT Services with significant experience in IT support
• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Vulnerability management
• Proficiency in ThreatLocker, Blackpoint, ImmyBot, Cisco Duo, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Meraki
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of Azure VMs and Server RDS farms
• Experience with Veeam Backups
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Customer-focused attitude
