Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as the trusted partner for customers, focusing on driving product adoption, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring retention by delivering consistent value throughout every stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Experience managing accounts averaging $50k+ in ARR.
  • Track record of driving retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the construction or residential building industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Hubspot.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
  • Excitement about early-stage environments.
