In Short

  • Manage multiple projects in parallel for clients across all segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
  • Understand customer requirements to scope projects effectively and achieve KPIs.
  • Responsible for product performance reporting and ongoing project planning.
  • Stay current on best practices and industry trends.
  • Create mutually agreed upon implementation plans and project timelines.
  • Work with Solution Engineers for timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively communicate project requirements and status to clients.
  • Field customer support inquiries and manage escalations.
  • Generate case studies and secure renewals.
  • Drive the growth of your client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success or related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with AI and Ecommerce solutions is a plus.
