In Short

  • We’re looking for an Account Manager with experience in the SaaS and Tech verticals.
  • Help maintain client relationships and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop great client relationships and build allies through exceptional client services.
  • Responsible for knowing everything about the client and managing agency services.
  • Day-to-day contact with the client’s team.
  • Ensure success measurement and proper deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal process documents and track project progress.
  • Understand client's goals and provide upscale opportunities.
  • Final say in client proposals and lead the client to their goals.
  • Work across teams in SEO, Paid Media, Marketing Automation, and more.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience.
  • General knowledge of various digital marketing disciplines.
  • Specific marketing automation platforms knowledge is a plus.
  • Track record of selling and maintaining large engagements.
  • Ability to self-educate on industry trends.
  • Match soft skills of sales with project management organization.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
