Overview

The Benefits Consultant is responsible for retaining clients and managing their existing book of business, focusing on strategy, financial analysis, benefit design, and overall service delivery.

• Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of benefits consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid life and health insurance license required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of health care reform and insurance products.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Ability to influence C-suite members.
