Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote

Overview

Digital Consultants seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of M365 program deliverables, documentation, technical changes, and service outputs.

In Short

• Develop QA processes and test plans for M365 applications and integrations.
• Validate PowerApps, workflows, solutions, and SharePoint components.
• Track AIRs (Action Items, Issues, Risks) and coordinate mitigation strategies.
• Support monthly and bi-weekly reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with compliance checks, documentation reviews, and baseline management.
• Ensure all deliverables meet PWS, QASP, and IRS quality requirements.

Requirements

• Clearance: Public Trust background investigation
• Education: HS Diploma
• Experience: 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and testing experience within M365 environments.
• Certifications: None required
• Physical Requirements: The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods.
