Digital Consultants is seeking an Oracle Database Administrator to support the NCIS ITD organization, focusing on database management and system maintenance.

In Short

Join the IT Technology Operations division.
Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Quantico, VA, 2 days remote.
Manage Oracle databases and ensure data integrity.
Create and maintain Oracle tables, packages, and web applications.
Patch and upgrade Oracle systems as necessary.
Monitor Oracle environments and perform data analysis.
Security clearance required: Active Top Secret.
5+ years of database management experience required.
Preferred experience with Law Enforcement Data.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in database and data management.
BS degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with Oracle 18c or higher, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JSON.
Experience with Linux systems hosting Oracle databases.
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.
Experience in fast-paced environments with critical systems.
Ability to document new standards for quality and performance.
