Freelance Salesforce Trainer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Trainer to support our Salesforce Administration course and help our participants make their way into the digital world.

In Short

• Part-time role (15 hours/week) focused on Salesforce training.
• Remote position available within Germany/Europe.
• Deliver course content with emphasis on hands-on experience.
• Guide students to achieve Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Support students in developing confidence with real-world tasks.
• Act as a mentor and advisor for students.
• Contribute to curriculum improvement.
• Strong communication and planning skills required.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
• Several years of experience with Salesforce.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related tools.
• Ideally certified as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
• Strong passion for Salesforce and digital transformation.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• High degree of empathy and interpersonal sensitivity.
