In Short

• Lead, support, and mentor team members (architects, civil engineers, and draftsmen)
• Responsible for workload planning and task assignment within the team
• Project management of new construction and renovation projects in industrial and residential construction
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, quality standards, and budget constraints
• Contribute to the development of uniform planning standards and standardized details
• Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and contractors
• Maintain client contacts
• Manage the development of internal workflows and digitization processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong practical knowledge in industrial and residential construction
• Experience in project management and coordination with clients, authorities, and specialists
• Proficient in ArchiCAD and common office programs
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness, as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Solution-oriented thinking and a high degree of self-organization and leadership strength
• Confident, partnership-oriented, and assertive presence, as well as communication and teamwork skills
