The People Data Lead at DICK’S Sporting Goods will build and maintain data pipelines to deliver clean, reliable HR data, ensuring compliance and insights across multiple stakeholders.

• Strong experience with Workday Prism.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or ETL frameworks.
• Ability to handle sensitive HR data with compliance practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Alteryx Designer workflows.
