The Director of Field Visual Merchandising is responsible for driving consistent execution of elevated merchandising strategies and programs across House of Sport doors, creating a differentiated customer experience that drives sales, margin, and turn.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management.
• 8+ years of experience in visual merchandising.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and KPIs.
• Experience with major brand partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel as required.
