Rust Developer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Rust Developer to help expand infrastructure onto Solana, playing a key role in designing and implementing scalable on-chain programs and off-chain services.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Solana programs using Rust and Anchor framework.
• Design and implement Solana-based data indexing solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for blockchain integrations.
• Optimize codebases for performance, safety, and reliability.
• Build and maintain off-chain Rust infrastructure.
• Contribute to architectural decisions across the stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Rust in production systems.
• Hands-on Solana development experience, including Anchor.
• Strong understanding of blockchain principles and smart contract architecture.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with decentralized storage and indexing infrastructure.
• Experience with async programming and systems-level architecture.
