Mid Integrations Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Integration Engineer with strong back-end or full-stack JavaScript development skills and a knack for simplifying complex workflows into executable, modular components.

• Design and develop integrations using Node.js/JavaScript, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Decompose complex business workflows into simple, reusable services or logic blocks.
• Build and maintain secure, performant API integrations with third-party platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with team standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance; troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, process diagrams, and test plans.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development using JavaScript or TypeScript (Node.js preferred).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth2, and authentication protocols.
• Proven ability to break down complex workflows or systems into logical, testable components.
• Strong understanding of integration best practices, data validation, and error handling.
• Experience with message queues and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
