Overview

The Helpdesk Engineer will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly within a global leading digital transformation company.

In Short

  • Provide first-level technical support via various channels (portal, email, phone, in-person).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues.
  • Monitor IT systems and applications for availability and performance.
  • Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system.
  • Develop user guides and training materials; provide user training.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory; order equipment.
  • Configure and maintain network operating systems and data communication applications.
  • Enforce security policies and manage IT security solutions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech company.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting skills.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance experience.
  • Incident Management knowledge.
  • User Training and Documentation skills.
  • Network Administration experience.
  • Security Compliance knowledge.
