DevSecOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

Devoteam Portugal is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our nearshore team for an exciting project in the financial sector. You'll play a key role in implementing Policy-as-Code solutions, leveraging strong skills in Python OOP, Terraform, and AWS scripting with Boto3.

In Short

• Design and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Write and maintain Python code with a focus on OOP.
• Work with AWS to manage and secure cloud resources.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Collaborate with development and security teams.
• Ensure compliance and security standards across multi-cloud environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong experience with Python, including OOP.
• Solid knowledge of AWS and scripting with Boto3.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
• Deep understanding of cloud security principles and Policy-as-Code.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code for infrastructure.
