Telesales Consultant Residential Cleaning Services - Remote

Overview

A UK-based client is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Representative to join their dynamic team remotely. This role focuses on engaging hot to warm leads sourced from trusted platforms, using outbound calls and persuasive communication to convert these leads into sales.

In Short

• Source and manage purchased leads, initiating contact with potential clients through a scripted sales pitch.
• Conduct follow-up calls according to the lead process and communicate with clients via phone and email.
• Close sales, meet individual sales targets, and use CRM and booking systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline work processes.
• Provide clear, thorough information to help clients make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Candidates must have their own laptop (Min 8GB Ram, 13th Gen i 5 Processor, Windows 11 and 250GB SSD or higher).
• Fast reliable internet connection and backups for power outages to work independently.
• Self-driven, organized, and resilient with a strong ability to handle objections.
• Previous remote experience and cleaning agency experience preferred.

Benefits

• On Target Earnings (OTE) over R13,000, made up of R8,000 basic + uncapped commission.
