Developmental Pathways is seeking awesome, dedicated, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.

In Short

• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments.
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Manage contract fulfillment of client contracts.
• Provide clear instructions for clinical needs.
• Responsible for data management and client communications.
• Supervise and train Program Managers and Behavior Therapists.
• Provide supervision hours for Registered Behavior Therapists.
• Conduct ongoing supervision meetings.
• Flexible scheduling and caseload options.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Meet billable hours as per contracted offer letter.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual applicants highly preferred.
