Booking.com is looking for an IT Support Desk Team Lead who is excited about serving as a leader and strategically addressing the IT challenges within Booking.com. As a Team Leader you will play a big part in driving efficient and effective service by developing your team members.

Requirements

  • Experience in supporting desktop hardware and peripherals.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems.
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of networking troubleshooting.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.
  • Experience with mobile device support.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Experience imaging machines with SCCM or similar.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
