In Short

• Responsible for daily operations of the GL department
• Perform monthly/quarterly close processes
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Review entity P&L and Balance Sheets
• Complete and file statutory reporting obligations
• Assist with preparation of financial statements
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Drive process improvement and automation efforts
• Lead and motivate the team
• Liaise with external accounting and tax providers

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate GL
• Team management experience
• Experience in accounting/audit/tax compliance
• Improvement-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience with ERP accounting systems (NetSuite)
• Great communication skills in English
• Knowledge of French or German is a plus
• Ability to work in a multinational environment
• Mature attitude towards challenges
