Junior HR Manager - Remote

Overview

We invite a friendly and motivated Junior HR People Partner to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll work closely with our operations teams and be involved in the full contractor lifecycle – from onboarding and development to offboarding.

Requirements

• 1+ year in HR, People Partnership, or a similar role.
• Understanding of HR theory and contractor lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Emotional resilience and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with G Suite and Spreadsheets.
• Intermediate+ English level.
