Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT/Tech recruiting.
• Solid understanding of software development company functioning.
• Good understanding of technical terminology.
• Ability to drive the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Strong motivation and self-motivation abilities.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Zoho, Applicant Pro).
• Experience with recruiting process automation tools.
