Intermediate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We invite a skilled, motivated, and proactive Project Manager to join our team and help develop and enhance innovative fintech products for our client, an industry-leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.

In Short

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple delivery teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in people management (1-1 meetings, PDPs, constructive feedback, onboarding)
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of Scrum with practical experience as a Scrum Master
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Expertise in managing risks and dependencies
• Strong time-management skills, stress resilience, and flexibility
• Experience working with international teams across different time zones
