Overview

We invite a proactive, people-oriented, and organized Intermediate HR Manager to join our HR team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll drive improvements in work processes and contractor benefits, enhance team motivation, and help foster a positive and collaborative culture across the organization.

• Experience managing the full contractor lifecycle.

• Solid understanding of team dynamics and group performance.
• Strong consulting skills to advise contractors and managers on HR matters.
• Intermediate+ English level.

Requirements

• Experience with HR metrics and reporting.
• Composure and resilience under pressure.
• Initiative and a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Strong IT knowledge and understanding of various IT roles and challenges.
• Experience working in tech companies and with international or remote teams (desirable).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools (desirable).
