In Short

• Participation in planning, designing, and executing commissioning and operation of complex network systems.
• Identifying and analyzing problems and initiating corrective measures.
• Problem detection and documentation using a trouble ticket system.
• Initiating escalation procedures in critical problem cases.
• Administration of deployed network and security systems.
• Integration of new customers into existing operational processes.
• Installing and maintaining tools.
• Designing and implementing supporting tools.
• Participating in the development and planning of service concepts.
• Coordinating order processing.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in IT network administration.
• Knowledge of various network topologies and protocols.
• Experience with Cisco IOS/ACI, CCNA, CCNP.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good and broad technical understanding.
• Very good expertise in the targeted area of responsibility.
• Very good German and English skills.
