The Cloud Engineer develops and enhances services and offerings on cloud platforms in a customer-oriented manner, planning, implementing, and maintaining a stable technical infrastructure to support the organization’s business processes.

In Short

Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend.
Develop and operate monitoring and quality assurance.
Consistently automate with common automation frameworks.
Setup and support various cloud platforms to meet production requirements.
Work in a highly dynamic environment reflecting the latest cloud technology trends.
Support the development of cloud-native apps or migration of traditional applications.
Implement new technologies/services or upgrades to existing technologies.
Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations.
Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service.
Identify weaknesses in processes and eliminate them following standards.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with OS administration and shell scripting (4 years).
In-depth proficiency in cloud knowledge, Agile Development, and VMware technology (3 years).
Additional experience with containerization, DevOps, and Information Security Technologies (1-2 years).
Upper intermediate English (B2).
