Overview

This role assists in shaping Talent & Development through exceptional project management and continuous process improvement, focusing on skill development programming and initiatives at the enterprise level.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating learning experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data.
  • Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Digital fluency in AI and e-learning software.
