Requirements

• A JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law in at least one US state.
• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience with commercial contracting and regulatory matters.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to write about complex legal issues clearly.
• Experience with AI platforms is a plus.
• Flexibility to support various teams and tasks.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with others.
• Writing sample required for second interview.
