Overview

As an AI Engineer at 3M, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications that enhance product offerings and solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in building full-stack AI applications.
• 1+ year of experience in Generative AI.
• Proven expertise in AI applications and UI/UX design.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and model optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms.
