The Workplace Giving Coordinator is a key member of the Fund Development team at DESC, responsible for leading and executing workplace giving efforts, engaging donors through their employers, and supporting sustained revenue growth.
DESC is a nationally recognized social services organization and supportive housing operator dedicated to addressing homelessness and providing behavioral health treatment. With a mission to meet the needs of individuals experiencing long-term homelessness and complex health conditions, DESC serves approximately 3,000 clients at any given time. The organization operates multiple shelter and permanent supportive housing programs, offering over 1,750 housing units and a variety of behavioral health services, including outpatient treatment and crisis stabilization. DESC envisions a compassionate community where everyone has access to safe, stable, and affordable housing.
