Derex Technologies Inc is looking for a skilled SOC Engineer to enhance detection and response capabilities, automate workflows, and integrate open-source tools in a fully remote position.

Strong emphasis on SIEM & SOAR expertise
Proficient in Python for scripting & automation
Experience with Kubernetes & container orchestration
Strong Linux administration skills required

Requirements

Expertise in SIEM & SOAR
Proficient in Python
Experience with Kubernetes
Strong Linux admin skills
Experience with SQL/NoSQL & Elastic
Advanced Splunk usage
Familiarity with open-source tools like Wazuh, Teleport, OpenCTI
Must pass a CoderPad test for Python-Kubernetes and Cyber security
Strong test scores required for engagement
