Overview

As a Senior Backend Engineer at DEPT®, you will be part of a pioneering team focused on developing complex applications that impact millions of users globally. You will work closely with clients, balancing hands-on development with client interaction.

• Develop complex applications using Node.js and other technologies.

• Contribute to Continuous Integration/Deployment processes.

• Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
• Be open to working from the office 1-2 times a week.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with backend technologies, particularly Node.js.
• Experience with Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with Typescript is necessary.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in version control, preferably git.
• Experience with Agile software processes.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Deployment tools.
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
