Manager, Financial Operations - Remote

Overview

The Financial Operations Manager ensures the AOR is operating at peak efficiency in accordance with approved policies and procedures. This is a management role, working with the Associate Director & Head of Investments to inspire a responsible way of working across the AOR team and overseeing optimized workflows / assignments.

• Manage the monthly financial process and work with internal teams and clients.
• Discuss reporting and resolve variances in billing.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years’ experience in Agency Media Operations.
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office applications.
