Overview

The Senior Manager, Media Technology & Ad Operations will lead a team and manage the execution of media trafficking and ad operations for digital and Connected TV campaigns.

• Lead a team of junior Ad Operation members.
• Manage third-party media trafficking and measurement solutions.
• Oversee digital campaigns across Google Campaign Manager (GCM).
• Coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Implement and QA digital campaigns.
• Manage floodlight tags and conversion tracking solutions.
• Provide ad hoc reports and escalate issues.
• Standardize processes across accounts.
• Communicate complex ad tech concepts clearly.
• Recognize and propose solutions for potential issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ad operations or media trafficking.
• Expertise in Google Campaign Manager (GCM) and floodlights.
• Experience with CTV ad serving and mobile app measurement.
• Familiarity with measurement platforms like Appsflyer and Kochava.
• Understanding of creative formats and dynamic creative optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across digital environments.
• Ability to handle various projects and delegate tasks.
• Clear communication skills with clients and teams.
