In Short

  • Position for Customer Care & Project Assistant.
  • Work remotely in Germany or at the Berlin office.
  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week).
  • Communicate with internal and external project partners.
  • Support new and existing customers with digital participation applications.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting user training.
  • Engage in project applications, tenders, and offers.
  • Help make our tools user-friendly.
  • Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
  • Emphasis on data-driven decision-making and open communication.

Requirements

  • Completed studies at a university or technical college.
  • Friendly and communicative personality.
  • Service-oriented and empathetic approach.
  • Enjoyment in understanding complex systems through analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of all Office applications and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills in writing and speaking.
