Customer Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Remote Customer Assistant at AO Globe Life, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about life and health insurance products.

In Short

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding life and health insurance policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services is a PLUS but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Zoom and other CRM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Knowledge of life and health insurance products is a plus.
