Senior Art Producer - Remote

Overview

Demiurge Studios is seeking an experienced senior producer to shepherd world building and art production on our newest project, an open world action RPG, targeting PC and console platforms. The team is currently in pre-production, so this is a great time to join and make a big splash! You will be working closely with the Art Director and Lead Producer, ensuring that pipelines are laid, plans are clear, and the team is set up for success.

In Short

• Collaborate with the lead producer, art director, and other key stakeholders to define and manage art pipelines.
• Build, validate, and maintain a clear development plan for the world-building team.
• Develop strong connections with external vendors for effective collaboration.
• Proactively identify and manage risks in technology, timeline, and staffing.
• Regularly report on progress, risks, and changes to promote visibility.
• Accountable for overall art production for the project.

Requirements

• 10+ years game industry experience, including 5+ years of art production experience.
• Experience developing 3D action games and knowledge of the world-building process.
• Experience working through each phase of the game product life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to create aligned project roadmaps and timelines.
• Proficiency in driving process change under various development processes.
• History of successfully working with external stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong team-building skills, including motivation and mentoring.
