Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a game producer in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Experience with task management tools like JIRA.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks early in production.
• Detail-oriented with advanced prioritization skills.
• Experience working on medium-to-large scale projects.
• Ability to foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Willingness to solicit feedback and improve processes.
• Experience in game development is a plus.
