Overview

Jackbox is a small game studio best known for our Jackbox Party Pack franchise, which includes popular social party games. We are looking for a Technical Director or Senior Principal Engineer to lead the core systems architecture for our games, focusing on technical direction, system design, and cross-team alignment.

• Lead technical direction and system architecture for online multiplayer party games.

Requirements

• 10+ years of game development experience.
• Deep expertise in Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5).
• Experience with cross-platform online multiplayer titles.
• Strong architectural instincts and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and improving team quality.
• Familiarity with browser-based interfaces and real-time voting.
