Overview

The Associate Dental Director will oversee the clinical integrity, quality, and efficiency of dental services under the Tennessee Medicaid dental insurance program, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited school of dentistry.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Tennessee.
• Five years of experience in a clinical practice setting.
• Experience with Medicaid populations is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Willingness to travel 10-25% throughout Tennessee.
