Local Research Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Local Research Analyst will support local data needs for TennCare by generating reports, evaluating provider treatment patterns, and acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle-based systems and querying languages.
• Experience with Python, R, HTML/CSS preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to lead end-to-end data analysis projects.
