Associate (M&E Data Analyst) - Remote

Working with governments, foundations, and public sector partners to turn big ideas into real impact on projects within our Measurement & Evaluation practice.

In Short

• Support public sector partners to understand what’s working and improve their programs.
• Clean and analyze data, create visuals, conduct research, and communicate insights.
• Collect, store, clean, transform and conduct quality checks on data.
• Analyze data to extract actionable insights and visualize it for decision making.
• Utilize advanced analytical and statistical techniques to identify patterns.
• Write and communicate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Work effectively on fast-moving projects with clear structure.
• Break down problems and develop hypotheses and solutions.
• Navigate complexity in policy and program implementation.
• Be adaptable, analytical, accountable, driven, and curious.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics or related fields.
• Quantitative analysis skills with experience in statistics and data science.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Stata, R, Python preferred.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, big data, machine learning, and AI tools.
• Business-level English skills.
• Must be based in and have work authorization in the United States.
