Finance Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Delinea is seeking a highly motivated Finance Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a mastery of PowerBI and has demonstrated a strong ability to deeply analyze financial data, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights.

In Short

• Act as a consultant to both sales and finance leadership providing a wide range of strategic, analytical, and operational support across multiple global regions and sales teams.
• Solve complex problems and generating data-driven insights that directly impact revenue and solve pain points within the GTM organization.
• Transform complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical, visualization, and data tools such as PowerBI, Excel, Python, SQL, etc.
• Create queries, views, reports, and easy-to-consume dashboards/visualizations.
• Own an entire area of go-to-market operations: PowerBI dashboard reporting of the full funnel – from leads, pipeline, bookings and full conversion analysis.
• Understanding of key Finance metrics and support all month-end.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Science or Analytics role.
• Bachelors level in a quantitative field such as physical sciences, engineering, mathematics, or economics.
• Extensive experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, SQL, Adaptive Insights and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced and self directed environment.
• A passion for the PAM Industry and how to be innovative in the use of data to help sales and customer success.
