Dealer Services Agent - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Dealer Services Agent with a strong background in F&I and automotive dealership operations to join our elite team. This is a remote, territory-based role where you will build relationships with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships, sell F&I products, and drive high-volume deal closings.

In Short

• Sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general managers, finance directors, dealer principals, and decision-makers.
• Close 10-12 deals per week using consultative sales, menu selling, and deal structuring skills.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Operate independently without micromanagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales.
• Proven success in high-volume deal closings and strong per-unit profitability.
• Deep knowledge of F&I product sales, dealer finance, and lender relations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to self-manage and expand dealership accounts.
