The Defined Contribution Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of retirement plan specialists, ensuring workflow, service, and compliance expectations are met while working in a fully remote environment.

• Manage a team of 8 to 12 retirement plan specialists.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
• Experience with FT Williams and Pension Pro software preferred.
• Broad knowledge of the retirement plan industry.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring employees.
• Positive attitude while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
