Junior Design Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Jr. Design QA in the creative field who plays a critical role in ensuring that the design projects meet high standards of quality and client expectations. The primary responsibility is to assess and evaluate the quality of design deliverables, processes, and systems to ensure they adhere to established standards and guidelines.

In Short

• Read and understand each ticket request for revisions, and double-check if all the instructions/revisions are met.
• Evaluate design deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Ensure the ticket’s “QA checklist” is properly accomplished by the designer.
• Check each ticket’s design folder for all necessary files.
• Answer technical questions from designers and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Update QA Scorecard daily for revisions.
• Flag designers with quality issues to the Team Leader and QA Supervisor.
• Create a Client Issue Report for client complaints and coordinate with the production team.
• Collaborate with Designers, Account Managers, Team Leaders, and QA Supervisor on quality-related concerns.
• Support design teams on quality standards, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field. Certifications in quality assurance are a plus.
• 2 years experience as a Design Quality Analyst in a creative industry.
• More than 5 years of Print/Web/Graphic Design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant work samples of web/graphic designs.
• Strong understanding of design principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools in the design industry.
• A keen eye for detail to spot design flaws, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• A proactive approach to stay updated with design trends and quality assurance practices.
